Why did you choose UPMC residency program?
I believe the greatest strength of our program is how well-rounded it is. I chose UPMC because I wanted a balanced residency that would provide me with a strong foundation of knowledge in all major aspects of rehab as well as ample research opportunities. Our broad exposure allows us to learn how to provide excellent patient care in a variety of settings. In addition, I really enjoy working with an enthusiastic and friendly group of residents and faculty who are truly dedicated, not only to strengthening our program, but also to furthering the field of physiatry as a whole.
