Angela Garcia, MD
Assistant Professor

Angela Garcia, MD joined the department in 2012 after completing fellowship training in pediatric rehabilitation. Her clinical specialties include congenital and acquired musculoskeletal disabilities, concussion, and rehabilitation through sports and physical activities in the pediatric patient population. Dr. Garcia serves as a medical volunteer in Haiti, bringing rehabilitation care to children during her annual visits. She received her medical doctorate from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2006 and completed the physical medicine & rehabilitation residency at UPMC. Dr. Garcia was the first graduate of our ACGME accredited PRM fellowship.
