Leonard R. Cabacungan, MD arrived at the department in 1994 as a resident and was elected Educational Chief Resident in the 1997-98 academic year. Upon finishing his residency he accepted a position as Assistant Professor. He received the Award for Excellence in Teaching from the program residents in 2000.

Specialized Areas of Interest
Dr. Cabacungan provides comprehensive, inpatient rehabilitation care for a variety of patients who have had a functional decline
